Sessions are 50 minutes. £60 online. No waiting list. No referral needed.

Even though we are committing to one session, I want to make sure you have all the assurances you need. Our work together is confidential, regardless of the duration of our sessions — I would not be practising ethically if I changed this.
We can agree what we work on and cover in our session. It is your choice, and we go there at a speed and depth you are happy with. You are in control.
One practical thing worth knowing: payment will show on your statement under my name, Daniel Esparraguera, and Therapy Dan is a publicly listed practice.
If discretion is a concern for any reason, email me before you book — I'd rather we talked it through first.
